Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pickr Draw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Pickr Draw is a web application and Chrome extension that helps social media creators and businesses manage giveaways. The Service allows you to import comments from social media posts, configure entry rules, and randomly select winners using a cryptographically fair randomizer.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You may sign up using email/password, Google OAuth, or Facebook Login. By using a third-party login provider, you authorize us to access the profile information they provide (name and email).

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Free accounts are limited to 3 giveaways per month. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing period ends
• You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your Account page
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Run fraudulent or deceptive giveaways
• Violate the terms of service of Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform
• Use the Service to harvest or collect personal data for purposes unrelated to giveaways
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

You are solely responsible for ensuring your giveaways comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. This includes but is not limited to:

• Local sweepstakes and contest laws
• Instagram's Promotion Guidelines
• Facebook's Pages, Groups, and Events Policies
• FTC disclosure requirements
• Age restrictions and eligibility requirements

Pickr Draw is a tool for selecting winners — we do not provide legal advice regarding giveaway compliance.

The Pickr Draw Chrome extension reads comment data from social media post pages that you are viewing in your own authenticated browser session. The extension:

• Only activates on Instagram and Facebook post pages
• Only reads data when you explicitly click "Scrape Comments"
• Does not modify any content on social media platforms
• Does not access your social media credentials or passwords
• Sends data to our servers only with your explicit action

If you connect your Instagram Business or Creator account through Facebook Login:

• We access only the permissions you explicitly grant
• We use your data solely for giveaway management (importing comments, verifying entry rules)
• You can revoke access at any time through your Account settings or through Facebook's app settings
• Our use of Instagram and Facebook data complies with Meta's Platform Terms

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Pickr Draw. You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service (giveaway data, comments, settings).

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• The outcome or fairness perception of any giveaway you run
• Changes to Instagram or Facebook that affect comment scraping or API access
• Data loss due to circumstances beyond our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
